The Houston Astros entered Saturday hoping to provide some cheer to a city ravaged by Hurricane Harvey in their first games at home since the storm. The Astros won the first game 12-8 behind George Springer's career-high 30th home run. The team honored emergency responders before and during the games and Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner threw out the ceremonial first pitch as the Astros swept the New York Mets in a double-header, 12-8 and 4-1.
