Dropped from the starting lineup for two games in order to refresh, Aaron Judge returned as a pinch hitter in the ninth inning of the New York Yankees' doubleheader loss to Cleveland on Wednesday. Ahead 3-1 in the count against closer Cody Allen, Judge swung and missed on a low curve, then struck out on a fastball, ending the New York Yankees' 2-1 defeat in the opener. The Red Sox provided good medical news, and some interesting news regarding tonight's game, to reporters traveling with the team in Toronto: INJURY NOTES -- David Price threw a 20-pitch bullpen session, all fastballs, in his first time on a mound since July 22. Manager John Farrell told reporters it still hasn't been determined whether Price will return to the rotation or work out of the bullpen once -- or if -- he's ready to pitch.
