According to self-made millionaires, your level of success may boil down to how willing you are to step outside of your comfort zone . Perhaps that's why Barstool Sports CEO Erika Nardini advises young people to apply for the jobs they want, even if they don't necessarily have the credentials. "Any young person should, at some point, take a job that makes them uncomfortable and that they feel unqualified for," she tells Adam Bryant in an interview with The New York Times. Phillies outfielder Odubel Herrera has been a polarizing figure in his young career. He’s talented and at times has shined, inspiring the Phillies to give him a long term contract this past offseason. At other times, however, he’s aggravated the snot out of his manager, his teammates and his team’s fans. Last night, in the Phillies-Astros game, he did the latter and was the subject of mockery of the opposing team to boot. In the first inning he hit a long fly ball to center. With his mother and sister arriving during the game following a flight from New York to join his father in the stands, Bader doubled down the left-field line against lefty Jake McGee (0-1) leading off the ninth for his first hit. Todd Frazier?will always remember his first home at-bat as a member of the New York Yankees.? And not for all good reasons.? Frazier, acquired by the Yankees last week as part of a deal with the Chicago White Sox, came up with the bases loaded in the second inning Tuesday night and proceeded to bounce into a triple play against the Cincinnati Reds. With rookie Reds starter Luis Castillo on the mound at Yankee Stadium, Matt Holliday singled to right, Didi Gregorius singled to right and Chase Headley singled to left to load the bases in the second. Frazier, batting seventh, hit a hard grounder up the middle. Reds shortstop Jose Peraza fielded it, stepped on second and threw to first. Gregorius, Continue to Article

Though Zach Davies showed he's a triple-threat, the starting pitcher's best weapon was the one you'd least expect. Travis Shaw, Eric Thames and Manny Pina homered, Davies tossed 7 2/3 innings and the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Washington Nationals 8-0 on Tuesday night. Shaw's three-run blast highlighted a four-run fourth inning. Continue to Article
