The White Sox had two open roster spots after Thursday's blockbuster trade of Jose Quintana to the Cubs and a demotion of Willy Garcia to Triple-A earlier this week. The White Sox returned Tyler Saladino and pitcher Miguel Gonzalez from their injury rehab assignments and reinstated both players from the 10-day disabled list.
