Back in his home state, Tim Tebow had a superb first week with the St. Lucie Mets. His team couldn't say the same. After his first week in St. Lucie, Tebow had experienced more rainouts than wins. The Mets lost their first four games with Tebow on the roster, and dropping the second game of a doubleheader in Fort Myers on Sunday put them at 1-5 since the former Florida Gators star quarterback was promoted to the Florida State League. The trade deadline arrives at the end of this month and it's always fun to think about what a team might be able to get for this veteran or that veteran in a deal. Two years ago this month, the Phillies traded closer Jonathan Papelbon to the Washington Nationals for a Double A pitcher named Nick Pivetta and over the last few weeks, the right-hander has become a pretty important part of this team's rebuild. The right-hander allowed eight hits and two walks with six strikeouts. Five of the hits came during Philadelphia's four-run second. 2) T.J. Rivera supplied the only offense for the Mets with a solo homer in the fifth, his fourth of the season and second in as many games. Matt Reynolds singled as a pinch-hitter in the eighth for New York's other hit. 3) Chasen Bradford allowed three runs in the eighth to give Philadelphia a six-run cushion.
