Terrapin Brewing has, quite literally, gone batty in finding inspiration for its latest beer. The Athens, Georgia based-brewery is marking its first year as a partner of Major League Baseball's Atlanta Braves and has a special offering for opening of the Terrapin Taproom, which is adjacent to SunTrust Park. One of the cutest stories of the week was the daring journey of the adorable gray cat that infiltrated Marlins Park. Before the sixth inning of Tuesday’s game between the Miami Marlins and the Atlanta Braves, a cat made its way into the outfield. After an aborted escape attempt, it ran up the lighted outfield wall and scaled the home run sculpture, settling there for the last three innings of the game. The kitty didn’t have a collar, so it was temporarily christened “Rally Cat” by the Marlins Twitter account. A cat invaded Marlins Park on Tuesday, and now it has a forever home. Continue to Article

COBB COUNTY, Ga. - The Atlanta Braves play the San Diego Padres in a sold out game at the SunTrust Park opener Friday 7:35 p.m. Braves officials are asking fans to be in their seats by 6:30 p.m. All Braves-controlled parking lots are permit only lots, which require pre-purchase of parking in advanced. Parking permits can be pre-purchased online here. It is suggested that commuters explore driving aids to route them in the right direction with apps like Waze. After purchasing parking online, fans can confirm the opening time for their respective parking lots here. SunTrust Park gates open three hours early on opening weekend (Fri-Sun).
