When the Toronto Raptors visit the Miami Heat on Thursday night, it will be a possible first-round playoff preview. The Raptors eliminated Miami in last year's Eastern Conference semifinals, 4-3. The Bulls, who are 2-8 in their past 10 games, continued to lose ground Tuesday night when they blew a 15-point, fourth-quarter lead in a 122-120 overtime loss to the Toronto Raptors.
