The San Antonio Spurs will seek to continue their dominance of the Los Angeles Lakers when the teams meet Sunday at Staples Center. The Spurs (44-13), who own the NBA's second-best record behind the Golden State Warriors, have beaten the Lakers seven consecutive times and won their last six games at Staples.
