Yettra Specks scored 21 points, including the go-ahead 3-pointer late in the second half, to lead Jackson State to its fourth-straight victory with a 65-61 win over Southern on Monday night. Edric Denis and Derek Roscoe added 14 points each for the Tigers (7-9, 3-0 Southwestern Athletic Conference), who shot 43 percent overall and held Southern to just six made field goals in the first half.
