Sebastian Saiz recorded his third-consecutive double-double, scoring 19 points to go with 10 rebounds as Ole Miss defeated Missouri 75-71 Saturday. It's the 22nd career double-double for Saiz, who is the Southeastern Conference's active rebounding leader and the only player in the conference averaging a double-double at 15.2 points and 11.6 rebounds per game.
