As the college basketball season progresses toward March, Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim is still searching for answers to his team's struggles. Lydon did not return to the game after halftime. It’s not yet clear whether Lydon will miss future games, but the ESPNU broadcast crew reported that Lydon could have played in the second half had the score been closer and was held out as a precaution. Syracuse Orange
Andrew White III (left) and Syracuse squandered their last chance for a quality non-conference win. Tyler Lydon did everything he could Saturday at the Carrier Dome.
