Houston Astros
Houston has had the best bullpen in the American League since May 1, and while Saturday's win was a wobbly one, their endgame is looking better than Tampa Bay's entering Sunday's series finale. The Astros got a third save from reliever Will Harris, who wasn't his dominating self -- he walked two batters after having just four walks all season, and gave up a run after going 26 appearances without doing so. Sunday's finale pits two starters who have been much better than their records would suggest -- Houston left-hander Dallas Keuchel (3-8, 5.44 ERA) and Rays lefty Matt Moore (2-4, 5.56). The Houston Astros reliever worked through a bases-loaded, no-out jam in the ninth inning, losing his club-record streak of 26 consecutive scoreless appearances before escaping with his third save in Saturday's 4-3 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays. Steven Souza Jr.'s sacrifice fly trimmed Houston's lead to one run, but Harris held on by getting Desmond Jennings to hit into a game-ending double play. Continue to Article

Houston Astros
Carlos Gomez and Luis Valbuena hit solo home runs to back the pitching of Mike Fiers and lead the Houston Astros over the Tampa Bay Rays 4-3 on Saturday. Fiers (4-3) allowed a pair of solo homers in seven innings and won for only the second time in a month. Gomez went deep off Chris Archer (4-8) to tie it in the seventh. Continue to Article
