The Philadelphia 76ers, who own an NBA-worst record of 10-68, confirmed that Sam Hinkie had stepped down as general manager and president of basketball operations. "While we are disappointed in Sam's decision, we would like to sincerely thank him for his contributions over the past three seasons," Josh Harris, the 76ers' managing general partner, said in a press release on Wednesday.
