Vin Scully's ability to weave compelling stories into his broadcasts is one of many reasons he's considered the greatest baseball play-by-play announcer of all-time. At 88 years old and and in his 67th and likely final year calling Dodgers games, there's no doubt Scully can still spin a tale, even when he's encountered with some newfangled internet lingo. And you say: 'Goat? Why is Michael Jordan (a) goat?' 'No no,' he said, 'G-O-A-T: greatest of all time.' You ever heard that? Well, that's what Jon Jay brought to the dance - GOAT." Brilliantly said, Mr. Scully. It's for anecdotes like this one that we'll be intently tuning in to as many Dodgers games that Scully is calling as possible this year to make sure we don't miss a single one before he retires.
