Purdue has already taken care of what many Michigan State fans might have wanted to do themselves: dismantle underdog Michigan's Big Ten tournament run. The second-seeded Spartans will settle for a conference title game and revenge shot against the fourth-seeded Boilermakers on Sunday in Indianapolis with both schools looking to extend their longest win streaks since their opening runs ended in December. Denzel Valentine had one of the worst performances of his career when Michigan State met Maryland in last year's Big Ten tournament semifinals. The senior stepped up in the only matchup this season, though, and he'll look to help the second-ranked Spartans reach their third straight tournament championship game when they face the 18th-ranked Terrapins on Saturday.
