Police are investigating a reported theft of suspended Minnesota freshman Kevin Dorsey's cellphone at the Mall of America last week. City of Bloomington Deputy Police Chief Mike Hartley confirmed Wednesday that Dorsey filed a report Sunday, saying his phone was stolen four days earlier from a shoe store at the megamall.
