Kendrys Morales, who was designated for assignment by the Oakland Athletics on Monday, didn't have to wait long to find a new team, as the A's traded him to the New York Yankees on Tuesday. The Yankees announced that they picked up the first baseman/designated hitter and cash considerations from Oakland Athletics in return for a player to be named later or cash considerations.
