On Tuesday night, Russell Westbrook had to get out his Dad Hat in the middle of a game and lecture a kid and his father about appropriate and respectful fan behavior. During the third quarter of the Oklahoma City Thunder's 121-112 loss to the Denver Nuggets, the kid (presumably a Nuggets fan) tapped or lightly pushed Westbrook just after the ref blew the whistle. Russell Westbrook wants to see boundaries in place preventing NBA fans from touching the players on court after a young supporter appeared to push him in Denver. The Oklahoma City Thunder star registered 22 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists as his team came up short in a 121-112 defeat against the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday. Westbrook turned and stared at the fan, before bending down to address him and his father, later detailing the conversation to reporters as he bemoaned supporters' ability to physically interact with players. James Harden had his streak of consecutive 30-point games end at 32, but he and Chris Paul helped the host Houston Rockets withstand a career night from Atlanta Hawks rookie guard Trae Young en route to a 119-111 win on Monday. Paul Millsap wasn't about to let Nikola Jokic's foul trouble hinder the Denver Nuggets. Millsap helped the Nuggets breeze past the Los Angeles Clippers 123-96 with a vintage performance that had his coach marveling at his youthful and infectious energy Sunday. Jokic had 22 points and 16 rebounds, and Millsap had 21 points and 16 boards, doing much of his damage after Jokic took a seat two minutes into the second half with his fourth foul.
