Gordon, 27, is a talented but troubled wideout who has appeared in only 11 games over the past four-plus seasons because of drug suspensions and injuries. Josh Gordon’s tenure with the Cleveland Browns will likely go down as one of the most riveting, mercurial and ultimately tragic sagas in the city’s colorful sports history, but that doesn’t mean the wide receiver hasn’t seen his last NFL snap. Although Browns receiver Josh Gordon didn’t have the four years of service necessary to become an unrestricted free agent when his contract expires, he has the four years of service necessary to become a free agent when cut.
