CLEVELAND, Ohio - Thirsty Dog Brewing Co. - the oldest and largest brewery in Summit County - is expanding to the Flats. Thirsty Dog is planning to open a 12,000-square-foot taproom, brewery with 10-barrel brewhouse, restaurant and patio in August.
