Nine days ago, the San Jose Sharks were coasting toward a second straight Pacific Division title and perhaps thinking about a return to the Stanley Cup Final. Fresh off one of its worst losses, the Sharks hope to snap their longest skid of the season when they take on the Nashville Predators on Saturday night. With a 6-1 setback to the Dallas Stars on Friday, San Jose (42-25-7) has been outscored 16-5 while dropping five in a row, all in regulation. Continue to Article

On March 30, NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman and NHLPA Special Assistant to the Executive Director Mathieu Schneider will be in Beijing, announcing that the Vancouver Canucks and the Los Angeles Kings will play two preseason games in China in September. It was also the fifth time the Sharks were held scoreless in 2016-17. Continue to Article

Corey Crawford, CHI vs. DAL ($34): Crawford has a 2.54 GAA and a .919 save percentage, both of which are good numbers. Sergei Bobrovsky, CLM at WAS ($37): This is nothing against Bobrovsky, who has been stellar this year. Continue to Article

The Montreal Canadiens' top line held the fort while the team waited for its secondary scoring to finally return. Now that the other lines are joining in, coach Claude Julien is searching for a solution to his suddenly stagnant first unit. While the likes of Paul Byron, Phillip Danault, Artturi Lehkonen and Tomas Plekanec -- among several others -- finally found the back of the net in recent games, Montreal's top trio of Max Pacioretty, Alex Galchenyuk and Alexander Radulov has cooled off, accounting for one point in the last three games.
