Syracuse announced Monday night that sophomore forward Tyler Lydon strained his right Achilles late in the first half of the Orange’s game against Eastern Michigan. Lydon did not return to the game after halftime. It’s not yet clear whether Lydon will miss future games, but the ESPNU broadcast crew reported that Lydon could have played in the second half had the score been closer and was held out as a precaution.
