Colorado went into Chicago before the Christmas break and stunned the Blackhawks with a 2-1 overtime win Friday night. Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville thought about playing rookie goalie Lars Johansson against the San Jose Sharks on Sunday night. Then Scott Darling said he wanted to make his ninth straight start, and the debate was over. The top two scorers in the NHL will be on the ice on Monday night when the Edmonton Oilers visit the St. Louis Blues. Connor McDavid leads the league with 39 points so far this season while the Blues' Vladimir Tarasenko ranks second in the league with 37 points.
