Penn State's youth movement is starting to pay dividends. Redshirt freshman Mike Watkins scored a career-high 20 points and added eight rebounds and four blocks to lead the Nittany Lions to a 74-68 victory at George Washington on Saturday. Mark Alstork scored 17 of his 24 points in the second half and Wright State held on for a wild 68-64 win over Cal State Bakersfield on Friday night. Alstork, the nation's leading scorer at 30.3, was 3 of 10 from the field but made 15 of 19 free throws, including 11 of 12 in the second half.
