Wisconsin officials confirmed Friday that senior outside linebacker Vince Biegel, who is the Badgers’ most experienced linebacker and a team captain, will miss several weeks with a broken foot. Reports surfaced late Thursday night that Biegel already had surgery to fix the injury.
