Stephen Thompson scored 18 points, including a game-winning 3-pointer just before the buzzer, as Oregon State defeated Washington 82-81 on Wednesday night. Oregon State inbounded the ball with 3.3 seconds left, trailing by two, as Thompson went the length of the court and heaved up a contested shot from the 3-point line. Drew Eubanks added 17 points with 13 rebounds, Gary Payton II had 15 points, 10 rebounds and five steals, and Tres Tinkle scored 16 for the Beavers (16-10, 7-8 Pac-12). Continue to Article
