The Philadelphia Phillies signed right-hander Blake Parker to a major league contract Tuesday. Parker was added to the team's roster and was available for the team's night game against the San Francisco Giants. Atlanta left fielder Adam Duvall celebrated his return to the big leagues with a home run, one of four struck by the visiting Braves, in a 15-7 win over the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday. Duvall was recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett on Saturday to replace veteran Nick Markakis, who was placed on the injured list with a fractured wrist.
