Rookie Matt Beaty hit a game-ending, two-run home run, and Walker Buehler recorded a career-high 16 strikeouts Friday as the Los Angeles Dodgers earned a 4-2 victory over the visiting Colorado Rockies in a battle of the top two teams in the National League West. Blue Jays fans haven't exactly been given much to cheer about this season, but it looks like the MLB All-Star festivities just got a lot more entertaining. Third baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has reportedly agreed to participate in the Home Run Derby at this year's All-Star Game at Cleveland's Progressive Field, according to Sportsnet's Hazel Mae. Dodgers left-hander Rich Hill was placed on the injured list and scheduled for an MRI exam Thursday to determine the severity of his left forearm injury. Hill lasted only an inning in his Wednesday start against the San Francisco Giants. Warming up for the second inning, Hill was visited by trainers and manager Dave Roberts before exiting the game.
