Derek Dietrich had a career-high three home runs and drove in six to lead the Cincinnati Reds to an 11-6 win against the visiting Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday night. Dietrich blasted two-run homers in the fourth, fifth and seventh innings to help the Reds open a 10-0 lead in the third game of the four-game series. The 2000 Kansas City Royals held the previous mark of reaching triple digits in 57 games. Continue to Article

Joe Musgrove of the Pittsburgh Pirates is undefeated against his hometown San Diego Padres. Musgrove pitched well enough to survive a rough seventh inning and Colin Moran had a three-run home run and four RBIs for the Pirates, who won 6-4 Sunday to take three of four. ''I love it,'' Musgrove said of pitching at Petco Park, some 15 miles from where he grew up in suburban El Cajon. Continue to Article
