Carlos Carrasco struck out 12 batters in five innings and Jake Bauers had a two-run single as the host Cleveland Indians posted a 7-2 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday. Jose Ramirez had two hits and scored twice and Carlos Santana ripped an RBI single to extend his hitting streak to seven games for the Indians, who have won the first three contests of the four-game series.
