Maikel Franco hit a walk-off homer with one out in the ninth inning Sunday afternoon to lift the Philadelphia Phillies to a much-needed 4-3 win over the visiting Washington Nationals. The Philadelphia Phillies placed right-hander Tommy Hunter on the 10-day injured list because of a forearm strain Sunday. Hunter, 33, missed the bulk of the first half because of the same injury.
