The fans have come out in droves at Maple Leafs Square once again this year. The referee’s inside TD Garden were not the only officials subject to criticism from Leafs faithful during the Maple Leafs’ 4-3 win over the Boston Bruins in Game 5. The refs were back at Maple Leaf Square on Saturday night, and some @MapleLeafs fans weren't too happy with the calls they were making. Continue to Article

Shame on us for not coming out better and having a better first ten minutes," said Bruins rookie D-man Charlie McAvoy, who didn't have a particularly strong game for the B's in Game 5. The Toronto Maple Leafs opened another 4-1 lead in Boston, and this time they held on. Five years after blowing a three-goal lead in a playoff elimination game against the Bruins, Toronto killed off a 5-on-3 and three more penalties to beat the Bruins 4-3 in Game 5 on Saturday night and force the series to a sixth game. ''That was a little bit nerve-wracking,'' said Toronto forward Nazem Kadri, who returned from a three-game suspension and had an assist. Continue to Article
