Sunday marks the end of the NFL's regular season, which means the wheels of the coaching carousel are warming up. The Houston Texans will not face disciplinary action from the NFL for the team's handling of quarterback Tom Savage's concussion, sustained against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 14.
