The National Football League slapped Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Antonio Brown with two fines on Thursday -- one for an end zone dance and the other for violating the league's equipment rules. Brown was fined for wearing light blue colored cleats, which is against the league's uniform protocol and for a celebratory dance in the end zone.
