Mike Anderson had a message to send to standout Moses Kingsley after what the Arkansas coach considered to be too many emotional outbursts earlier in the week in a loss at Florida. Consider the message received loudly and clearly for the Razorbacks junior. Coming off the bench for the first time this season, an under-control Kingsley scored 17 points in 23 minutes as Arkansas (12-11, 5-5 Southeastern Conference) won for the third time in its last four games with an 85-67 victory over Tennessee on Saturday night. Dorian Finney-Smith scored 22 points, Chris Chiozza added 17 and Florida beat Arkansas 87-83 Wednesday night for its fifth win in the last six games. The Gators (15-7, 6-3 Southeastern Conference) also continued their recent dominance in the series, beating the Razorbacks (11-11, 4-5) for the ninth time in the last 10 games and extending their home-winning streak against Arkansas to 11. Retin Obasohan scored 25 points and Justin Coleman made a crucial 3-pointer with about a minute remaining in overtime to lead Alabama over Mississippi State 82-80 on Tuesday night. Alabama (12-9, 3-6 Southeastern Conference) won for just the second time in six games. Mississippi State (9-12, 2-7) lost to Alabama for the sixth straight time, which is the team's longest losing streak in the series since 1987. Continue to Article

Dusty Hannahs scored 25 points against his former school, and Moses Kingsley added 17 points and 11 rebounds to lead Arkansas to a 75-68 overtime victory over Texas Tech on Saturday in the Big 12- SEC Challenge. Hannahs, who played his first two seasons with the Red Raiders, scored 21 of his points in the first half as the Razorbacks (11-10) rallied from 12 points down to win for the sixth straight time against their former Southwest Conference rival. Kingsley scored on a putback with 13.6 seconds remaining in regulation to send the game to overtime, the fifth overtime game for Arkansas this season. Continue to Article

Arkansas
Dusty Hannahs' season-long homecoming celebration will take on added meaning this weekend when the Arkansas sharpshooter stares across the court at a stark reminder of his not-so-recent past. Hannahs, who leads the Razorbacks (10-10) in scoring in his first season back on the court following a transfer from Texas Tech, will get an up-close look at his former team when the two schools meet on Saturday afternoon. While the game's primary story lines revolve around the Southeastern Conference-Big 12 matchup and two teams desperate to secure postseason berths, there's no denying the subplot of Hannahs vs. the Red Raiders (12-7).
